Template:MonsterThe Hippocampus is a creature with the combined features of a horse and a fish. It is technically a mammal, and thus needs to breathe in order to survive. It feeds on kelp and other vegetation that grows on the bottom of the sea. Capturing a hippocampus is extremely difficult, and they are fairly useless outside of water. Riding a hippocampus is not impossible, though taming one nearly is. They can be found in deep waters anywhere, in freshwater lakes and oceans.
